Project Management and Quality Services
Coldstream Technical Ltd (CTL) was founded in 2006 in response to the need for independent project
management and site services for heavy civil and structural projects.
The first project was the completion of the Thirsk Lake Dam alterations, involving the raising and
reinforcing of a concrete arch dam and creation of a new spillway dam for the District of Summerland,
BC.
The company subsequently participated in various smaller projects in similar roles, until 2008 when
we contracted as part of Associated Engineering’s team that took over the Owner’s Engineer role for
the Northeast Stoney Trail project in Calgary.
We have also mixed in several smaller projects both in BC and Alberta.

CTL brings a pro-active QA/Project Management system of monitoring and verification to ensure that contract requirements are being met and that the Owner’s interests are protected and well represented.
